Sooo, the truth is that I haven’t been to the gym since I finished the last challenge in June.

Me and hubby started going last week and it feels soooo good, like you can’t even imagine.
I’m doing the 100 squad challenge starting October 1^st, and doing the fitazfk as well.

I was very bad at updating my last journey because of work and all the stress and everything. But let me tell you, I was ripped as hell there for a while! Let’s get that shape back! I will upload before and after pics when the challenge is done! You can also follow me on Instagram for more regularly updates! 

I don’t really have a meal plan except for the one that comes with Fitaz, but there is so much I can’t eat so I need to like remake the menu a bit. But I’m focusing on a lot of veggies like 2/4, and ¼ carbs, and ¼ proteins. I like to have that balance, especially now during winter times when I need to vitamin load!

 Anyway, I’m gonna kick some gymbutt tomorrow in the gym and finish this month off on top! Also going on Monday to start the month in the best way possible! Feels so good to be back on track again after such a long time away! Not working for no summer 20XX, I’m building a life style!

While the food is on the stove and hubby in the shower, I thought I would make this quick update that I couldn’t do yesterday on Make-up Monday!

So here it is today instead.

I want to mention “Smashit cosmetics” today!

The reason why I love the brand, other than that the pallet I have (mix 6) has pigment to the moon; they are specially designed for sensitive skin and especially the eye area! Like how awesome is that! I’m going to insert a link here, which will take you to a picture of the pallet!

I used this pallet in the video I’m editing now for example.  I’ve used it for wedding make-ups I’ve done myself, parties, birthdays, it’s my holy grill for more “fancy” make-up!

The cons of this pallet are that it doesn’t have many matt shades. So for a “natural” make-up look, it’s not the pallet to reach for. It has gorgeous transaction shades, for a base, but they still aren’t “natural” shades in my opinion. The thing is that it has one row of mattes, which is 7 colors, and one of them is black. Than it have 28 other colors which are all shimmers. So if you are like me and you like your natural makeup to be more warm tones, like brown, soft pink and maybe some soft shimmer as well, (not necessarily together). An example is inserted here. It’s kind of hard to do that with this pallet since the shimmers are so shiny and you just want to go a little festive and cray cray with it!

I still absolutely LOVE this pallet and when I hit pan, I’m definitely buying it again!
It gets 4 out of 5 stars from me!

So here is a little longer life update. As promised.

My new job is at a school. It’s a middle school to be exact. I’m super happy about what I do. And everyone has been nice to me! I click extra with some of the people. The funny thing is that I went to that school myself when I was younger! So I work with some of the teachers that I had teaching me! It’s kinda fun!

My hubby is here as I mentioned. He came back with me in august, after my visit in Lebanon for my cousins wedding. It feels super good to have him waiting for me at home when I come home from work, waking up next to him every day, going to sleep with him every night. Feels like we’re finally married for real! Now there is just a butt load of paperwork and waiting to do. Until everything just cools down!

My eczema is worse than ever and it’s so painful, I cry when I shower and I cry when my hair dries, because when it does, my scalp does, and when my scalp does, my eczema screams. It feels a little like someone is pulling all of your hair upwards at the same time. It is torture that doesn’t kill but fills you up with pain and makes you cry like a baby. Believe me.

The apartment is basically all done, some small stuff that we need to buy still, but no hurries. We both are a little bit in love with our space. It really feels like home, especially with him here.

Since I’m working a Monday- Friday job finally we have time to do stuff after work. So we started going to church more. Not only on Sundays, but on Wednesday for “back to basic” which is a class where you really dig deep into the bible and the religion as a whole, discussing different topics every time. I love it, and my hubby does too. We go on Fridays, which is light house, a youth gathering with some praise, music and fun. And of course on Sundays!

I really  want Joseph to engage with people and make new friends so life here will be a little more “like back home” so he won’t miss Lebanon so much. And so far he’s done an amazing job! I’m so proud of him, and how quickly he’s adapting to life here and how fast he’s picking up the language!

This is the schedule I’m going to try to follow on here. Trying my best of course!

I will share something fitness related, either a new product or a new schedule/challenge, a new move I’ve learned or an oldie but a goodie.

This is the day where I will sum up my week. If something special happened and everything else that didn’t make the cut under the rest of the topics.

I will try to take more pictures as well to live up this space!

And every now and then a video will drop on YT as well! But I’m not going to put in a day for that!
