Dear Blogbook!
Sooo, the truth is that I haven’t been to the gym since I finished the last challenge in June.
Me and hubby started going last week and it feels soooo good, like you can’t even imagine.
I’m doing the 100 squad challenge starting October 1st, and doing the fitazfk as well.
I was very bad at updating my last journey because of work and all the stress and everything. But let me tell you, I was ripped as hell there for a while! Let’s get that shape back! I will upload before and after pics when the challenge is done! You can also follow me on Instagram for more regularly updates!
I don’t really have a meal plan except for the one that comes with Fitaz, but there is so much I can’t eat so I need to like remake the menu a bit. But I’m focusing on a lot of veggies like 2/4, and ¼ carbs, and ¼ proteins. I like to have that balance, especially now during winter times when I need to vitamin load!
Anyway, I’m gonna kick some gymbutt tomorrow in the gym and finish this month off on top! Also going on Monday to start the month in the best way possible! Feels so good to be back on track again after such a long time away! Not working for no summer 20XX, I’m building a life style!
