Dear Blogbook
DAY 7!
So according to the schedule today is rest day! And even if a had a little cheat rest day 2 days ago, I wanted to get back on track with the schedule properly. So I took today off, which my body is thanking me for!
You have to listen to your body. Even if you wanna reach your goal, you can't do that without your biggest equipment, which is your body.
But I still follow the meal plan, and everyone in my surrounding is saying that I look slimmer! Soo, I think it's working so far! Even if my goal wasn't exactly to loose a lot of weight, I just wanted to get stronger physically and to workout is a very good stress relief which makes you psychologically calmer! And that was my goal, and ofc, getting a smoken body for the summer isn't all bad either! Hehe, no but on the serious note, It's always nice to get a bit fitter and slimmer. But you have to know your limits! That subject will be spoken about soon! As I mentioned earlier, big things happening!!
In other news:
And I officially got a cold, bad and all evil! And I was wondering when it was gonna blossom, I also got my eye infection going strong aaand my skin is worse than ever! So, now I'm off to bed and tomorrow is work, that FAST 8!!!! God I'm so excited!!
