Todays meal:
Mashed cauliflower, with zuchini and blackbeans!
You need:
Zuchini
Cauliflower
Onion
1/2 Lemon
Blackbeans
Salt&pepper
This is how you do it:
Put the cauliflower in water and let boil until soft. Meanwhile but your blackbeans and lemon juice from half the lemon. Put salt and pepper and mix. Then add the sliced zuchini, that should look like half moons. Mix and turn the stove on and put a lid on it for the zuchini to cook in the steam. By now your cauliflower should be done, if not, wait a little longer! And when it is done, rinse and mash. Add a nicely chopped onion into the mix and mix! When your zhucini is done the beans should be aswell, turn of the stove and voila!
