Dear Blogbook!
So today I absolutely CRUSHED my workout! I did my FitAzFk day 1 workout which was the full body workout, and the first day of the July calendar on blogilates.com! It's free to get!
I also restarted the 100 squat challenge, and I did a long warm up today and a very much needed stretch!
Something people don't know about me is that I'm either a great breakfast eater or a horrible one. I have no in betweens. So today I drank a glass of fresh orange juice and ate a banana. But that wasn't my breakfast, that was my lunch. Like I said, horrible eater,
I also found out today that I was not mentally ready for this 4 weeks challenge. Because as soon as I opened my eyes this morning I was CRAVING cupcakes! And then I remembered that I couldn't have it... This is gonna be a looong month...
I also started drinking a mixture recommended by one of my absolute favorite influenser out there! She's the co-founder and the inspiration behind the farsali brand! The one and only Farah Dhukai!! LOVE HER!! She has a mixture of a miracle juice that helps speed up the metabolism to help you loose weight or just stay in the weight you are! It's apple cider vinegar, cinnamon and fresh apple juice! Tastes like apple pie! So I'm gonna try that every other day, in combination with lemon water!
