It's been a minute!
I have some new exciting stuff going on atm, and I can't say too much about it! But soon, just stay tuned!
So Today is the last day of this month, which is crazy! June just flew by! And with that so has half of 2018...How crazy is that?!
Okay so during this moth I have been doing the 100 squat challenge. And it's been the worst and the best thing I've ever done.
I have seen changes in both my energi level and my body. I have contaminated the challenge with regular gym as well. And eating right has been a big part of my day as well. But, remember that there is a balance too. I've enjoyed my fair share of cookies and cupcakes, without guild ofc! It's all about finding balance in your life. Because in the end, eating good and exercising regularly shouldn't be a quick fix before the summer for example. It should be a life long commitment and investment to and in yourself, for yourself!
So what does the month a head bring?
Well, First of all, I'm redoing the 100 squat challenge! Because I loved it! But this time I'm bringing all of you along with me! Due to more than just that challenge, I thought it would be fun to take you along with me on this! I'm gonna be doing the 28 days FitAzFk challenge as well, and if that's not enough, I'm also doing the blogiates july challenge and topping the month off with her celeb inspired workouts 2 times a week. It's gonna be a crazy ride!
I will do daily updated on here, with everything from what I ate and what I did at the gym/at home. And I detailed post about the challenges I'm doing with a before pic will be up tomorrow! And then I will do a weekly "after" pic to keep track of the changes physically. I don't really like to take before and after pics, because the after pics don't show how much you've grown inside and how much mentally stronger you are. All it really does is to show how much your appearance have changed. Just keep that in mind!
Now to the eating challenge. I actually have 2, but more on the second one later! The first one, me and hubby are doing together actually! It's the 4 weeks challenge. That includes:
- No white bread
- No soda or juice (fresh is ok)
- No fried food
- No fast food
- No cookies or candy
- No chips and fries
- No cake or doughnuts
- No ice cream
I want to wish myself and everyone that's gonna take on these challenges with me, a very big and genuin good luck!
We can do all things we set our minds to! So let's CRUSH this month!!
