So, one week has passed and my workouts has not been that many. This week has been very weird for me, I've gotten really bad stomach cramps that left me in bed and I've been super stressed at work which is not good. I love my jobs, I really do, so I'm happy.
Today I woke up with a hurting knee, but I don't know why,,, So I've been walking around with that all day..
I went to the gym 3 times this week. It's not the best, but I'm not gonna beat myself up for it either. My health do come first always, and my body needed he extra rest days this week. So what ever. But being away from the gym this much has ofc resulted in some bloating, combined with how swollen my tummy has been lately as well. I do need to drink more water.. But felt soo good to be back at the gym today!
In other news, I've been working as a mad man this past week and I got 3 more weeks to go before I finally get my vaycay! Yey!
Tomorrow my uncle is coming to visit and I'm super excited! I've missed him! I'm also working short shift tomorrow! (SCORE) AND I'm having quality time with my babe Evelina! But I did work a double shift today, started at 7 am-1 pm then gym 1h then back at work from 3.30-11 pm.. So fair to say that I'm pretty tired right now! So off to bed I go!

DAY 2!
Today I started the workout with some Fitaz cardio, then moved on to the squats, July calendar and finished it with no one less then the Queen herself's Queen B's workout! That was something let me tell you!
I've been very bad at eating these past couple of days I've noticed. But I did eat a sallad and a more balanced meal at work where I spent my evening. Other than that, not much has been going on. I'm off to bed, gym and work is on the schedule for tomorrow as well!

DAY 1!
So today I absolutely CRUSHED my workout! I did my FitAzFk day 1 workout which was the full body workout, and the first day of the July calendar on blogilates.com! It's free to get!
I also restarted the 100 squat challenge, and I did a long warm up today and a very much needed stretch!
Something people don't know about me is that I'm either a great breakfast eater or a horrible one. I have no in betweens. So today I drank a glass of fresh orange juice and ate a banana. But that wasn't my breakfast, that was my lunch. Like I said, horrible eater,
I also found out today that I was not mentally ready for this 4 weeks challenge. Because as soon as I opened my eyes this morning I was CRAVING cupcakes! And then I remembered that I couldn't have it... This is gonna be a looong month...
I also started drinking a mixture recommended by one of my absolute favorite influenser out there! She's the co-founder and the inspiration behind the farsali brand! The one and only Farah Dhukai!! LOVE HER!! She has a mixture of a miracle juice that helps speed up the metabolism to help you loose weight or just stay in the weight you are! It's apple cider vinegar, cinnamon and fresh apple juice! Tastes like apple pie! So I'm gonna try that every other day, in combination with lemon water!

Hello!
It's been a minute!
I have some new exciting stuff going on atm, and I can't say too much about it! But soon, just stay tuned!
So Today is the last day of this month, which is crazy! June just flew by! And with that so has half of 2018...How crazy is that?!
Okay so during this moth I have been doing the 100 squat challenge. And it's been the worst and the best thing I've ever done.
I have seen changes in both my energi level and my body. I have contaminated the challenge with regular gym as well. And eating right has been a big part of my day as well. But, remember that there is a balance too. I've enjoyed my fair share of cookies and cupcakes, without guild ofc! It's all about finding balance in your life. Because in the end, eating good and exercising regularly shouldn't be a quick fix before the summer for example. It should be a life long commitment and investment to and in yourself, for yourself!
So what does the month a head bring?
Well, First of all, I'm redoing the 100 squat challenge! Because I loved it! But this time I'm bringing all of you along with me! Due to more than just that challenge, I thought it would be fun to take you along with me on this! I'm gonna be doing the 28 days FitAzFk challenge as well, and if that's not enough, I'm also doing the blogiates july challenge and topping the month off with her celeb inspired workouts 2 times a week. It's gonna be a crazy ride!
I will do daily updated on here, with everything from what I ate and what I did at the gym/at home. And I detailed post about the challenges I'm doing with a before pic will be up tomorrow! And then I will do a weekly "after" pic to keep track of the changes physically. I don't really like to take before and after pics, because the after pics don't show how much you've grown inside and how much mentally stronger you are. All it really does is to show how much your appearance have changed. Just keep that in mind!
Now to the eating challenge. I actually have 2, but more on the second one later! The first one, me and hubby are doing together actually! It's the 4 weeks challenge. That includes:
- No white bread
- No soda or juice (fresh is ok)
- No fried food
- No fast food
- No cookies or candy
- No chips and fries
- No cake or doughnuts
- No ice cream
I want to wish myself and everyone that's gonna take on these challenges with me, a very big and genuin good luck!
We can do all things we set our minds to! So let's CRUSH this month!!
