So, I havent been on here for like a week. And its becuase I've been super sick and only did like sleep and go to work to come home and sleep again. 
 
I've done some serious working though! And I can now officially announs that...

My mum arrived yesturday so both me and hubby took a day off from work to spend some time with her! And to my happiness, the food just arrived!

DAY 7!

So according to the schedule today is rest day! And even if a had a little cheat rest day 2 days ago, I wanted to get back on track with the schedule properly. So I took today off, which my body is thanking me for! 

You have to listen to your body. Even if you wanna reach your goal, you can't do that without your biggest equipment, which is your body. 

But I still follow the meal plan, and everyone in my surrounding is saying that I look slimmer! Soo, I think it's working so far! Even if my goal wasn't exactly to loose a lot of weight, I just wanted to get stronger physically and to workout is a very good stress relief which makes you psychologically calmer! And that was my goal, and ofc, getting a smoken body for the summer isn't all bad either! Hehe, no but on the serious note, It's always nice to get a bit fitter and slimmer. But you have to know your limits! That subject will be spoken about soon! As I mentioned earlier, big things happening!!

In other news:
And I officially got a cold, bad and all evil! And I was wondering when it was gonna blossom, I also got my eye infection going strong aaand my skin is worse than ever! So, now I'm off to bed and tomorrow is work, that FAST 8!!!! God I'm so excited!!

DAY 6! 
 
Today is core.. So well wish me luck.. 
And in food way I've learned some very good and tastefull combinations of flavors, during the way! So Im excited to see what will come next!

DAY 5! 
 
Soo as you guys might have noticed I havent been on here for 2 days, Its really simple really, I've been exhausted, So on friday I fell asleep without a clue about anything.. Really, I just laid in bed and drifted off.. Yesterday I came home really late so I didnt have time to do anything, and since its easter, and with all holidays yumyums exist. So yes, Ive had my fair share of "cheat snacks" but let me tell you, I REGRET NOTHING! 
 
BUT (!) Ive been super good with the food! Its just that I fell off the training track a bit, BUT Im back at it today! Super excited! And today happens to be lower body, and that happens to be my favv part to exercise! So Im super pumped! 
 
In other news: 
Not much have happened lately.. Sooo.. Short note here..

DAY 4! 
Today I redid the workout from day one. I didn't do all the sets though.. My body is so our of shape that it's killing me to move.. But I did do 2! So I'm happy with that! I didn't do the cardio because I'm think I'm getting sick, so I didn't wanna push myself to hard today either! 

In other news:
Noting really happened today. I talked to my sister for 2h, and I miss her to bits! Nice hearing her voice properly again!

Todays Meal
Pasta with tuna! 
 
You need:
Brown pasta
Tuna
Chickpease
 
This is how you do it: 
Boil the pasta. Rinse, put on the tuna and chickpease and voila! Yeah I know, really simple! 
Serve cold!

DAY 3!
So, today my biggest enemy was totaly the toilet. I was cursing the whole way down, and it wasnt a pleasure sitting down on it either.. And just my luck I had some research to do at work so I had to sit for a long period of time. So getting up was pure tortyr.. 
 
So the workout today was upperbody. Which I'm thankfull for since my legs are totally  dead.. It was a nice change but still got my arms dead.. I personally prefer legdays and dont like to train my upperbody that much, but thins workout was very fun! 
 
In other news:
I have like no news today.. I know, my life is soo exciting!

Today's meal: 
Something nameless!

You need: 
Zucchini 
Chickpeas 
Mushrooms 
Eggs 
Salt&pepper 

This is how you do it:
Slice the Zucchini the way you want it, put it in a pan and put the chickpeas in, cut the mushrooms in half and put them in as well, add salt and pepper. Turn the heat on! Boil the eggs while the other stuff is cooking! 
When eggs are done, cut them in half. The pan should be done by now! When they are. Just pore them over the egghalf's!

DAY 2!
So today is cardio day. And since I'm still asmatic I could cope with that kind of cardio, so I just did yesterday's workout again. I can say, to do this workout again after yesturday is pure torture.. I have the worst past workout pain in history! I dont quite know how I will survive work tomorrow! We'll see I guess! 

In other news: 
Not much have happened today! My baby came home with F&F 8 ticets!! I really do have the best hubby ever!! We watched dirty dancing 2! Such I good movie! Absolute classic! We got our self's some healthy smoothies and strawberries for me and chips for the man who was suppose to do this thing with me.. Well well, at least he skipped the bread for the lunch and ate his snack, to bad to complain!

DAY 1! 
So we restarted today and this working is still killing me! And I love that! I really feel how it burns and how my heart rate increases super fast and it just shows how extremely out of shape I am.. 
 
In other news:
I got back to work today and forgot my meds at home.. My mouth notice that pretty soon and started hurting me pretty fast.. But I made it trough the day! 
 
We went to the cinema and had a date night! We watched "Going in style" and I loved it! Really recommend it! Now its sleep time, tomorrow is workout and work!

Todays meal:
Mashed cauliflower, with zuchini and blackbeans! 
 
You need: 
Zuchini
Cauliflower 
Onion
1/2 Lemon
Blackbeans
Salt&pepper
 
This is how you do it: 
Put the cauliflower in water and let boil until soft. Meanwhile but your blackbeans and lemon juice from half the lemon. Put salt and pepper and mix. Then add the sliced zuchini, that should look like half moons. Mix and turn the stove on and put a lid on it for the zuchini to cook in the steam. By now your cauliflower should be done, if not, wait a little longer! And when it is done, rinse and mash. Add a nicely chopped onion into the mix and mix! When your zhucini is done the beans should be aswell, turn of the stove and voila!

Dear Blogbook! 
 
I'm back! As you can see, I knew that I wouldnt be able to write and stuff during this time. My mouth is killing me, and my heart is still hurting. Stuff is happening in this world, terrible stuff. Sweden, Syria, Egypt, And all the other countries that are now experincing the horrible parts of life. My prayer goes out to you, and my heart is breaking for you! 
 
Today is Palm sunday. And easter is just around the corner. Yesturday, I went and did my nails, so writing this is so much harder now, but I love them! I went and saw my aunty today, she lives like 10 min drive away, but I didnt know that unti today! So I will visit her alot more from now on! 
 
Tomorrow is back to work! And back to workout schedule! BUT! Since I broke it these past days, because of the surgery and stuff. I will start for the START! That means, we start of at DAY 1! I did keep the meals though, but I did a little cheating since I'm sick! (hehe) But tomorrow, we restart and start fresh! 
 
I did my meal prepps and I do 3 days at the time, and I snack prepped AND I breakfast prepped! (the recipes will be up after each finished meal!)  Feeling super happy! So tomorrow we just start off strong with the workout to match!

The meal I cooked and that was on my instagram captioned "zucchini boats" was nothing I've seen before, I actually just played with tastes and it came out pretty good! 

Here is the recipe: 
Kidney beans 
Mushrooms 
Onion 
Garlic 
Zucchini. 

I don't have any measures, I just roll with my senses! 
I used 1 of basically everything here. 
1 can of mushrooms and kidney beans, 
1 onion, 
1 kg Zucchini, and 
4 cloves of garlic. 

But the Zucchini in water and let it boil, meanwhile, cut onion, garlic and mushrooms and put the in a pan, use olive oil, turn on the heat and mix it all together. Put the kidney beans over the mix and mix a little more and let it simmer on low heat until done. 

When the Zucchini is done, take them out and cut them in half, use a spoon to eroding the center, by now the mix should be ready and cooled down. But a little bit of the mix in every boat! 

And voila dinner is served!

Hello everyone! 
 
I should start this post by saying DAY 3. 
But sadly I cant, I honsetly didnt do the program today, other than the meals.
Todays meal will be upp after this post. 
 
The reason why I didnt do the program today is because I'm feeling extreamly down menatly lately. 
I was way to tired and in so much mental pain to do something at all today.
 
I also dont feel like writing at all today, but I feel like I should write why.
 
Today I got the news that someone really close to me and my family passed away.. 
Shes one of the most amazing women known to man, hard working, loving and caring. And cancer took her away.. Way to early! 
 
She passed today and tomorrow is the funeral, and I also have my surgery tomorrow. So tomorrow will be a day full of emotions for sure! So if I dont write anything tomorrow, it will be becuase of that! 
 
Take care of each other and remember to tell your loved ones, how you feel. Life is way shorter than you think!
And be nice to eachother, no one deserves to live a life full of sadness!

DAY 2! 
 
Well since it was cardio today, and I remembered that I'm asmatic, I couldnt do the program of today.. BUT I did a recap from yesturday, and I can still say that it BURNS! I love how easy it is, still how extreamly exhausting it is to do these exercises
 
Made super tasty zucchini boats toady, AND I took a very important decision today! I'm gonna start to meal prepp! That means that I only have to cook 2 times a week instead of 7! Because food can last up to 3 days (some food even longer) in the fridge!

In other news, I only have one workig day left until my surgery on thursday to remove my wizdomteeth! 
Its been a long time since I had to do something major at the dentist. But I'm not at all nervous! I have a very good dentist soo!

DAY 1
 
Today I started the 28-days fitness guide from fitazfk! 
And I must say, for being so short time wise, it was extremely exhausting! Maybe becuase its my first day and I havent been working put since forever but still. I could feel is BURN! 
 
A really good thing about the guide is that it has like meal suggestions each day, so you always have inspo on what to eat. They write down what to eat and what to avoid aswell which is awesome! And as that wasn't enough, they even have instructions on how to make the meals! 
 
They also have a day-to-day plan and what exercises to make and how many reps! 
And under each of them they have pics, which makes it easier for you to know what to do! 
 
The little sad thing is that its a lot of text, and since I dont have a printer to print out the papers, its lot of jumping back and forth between pages, and it was a bit confusing in the beginning. But after a little while, it did get easier to understand and to do! 
 
Im gonna have big trouble walking tomorrow! And since its cardio tomorrow, Im gonna die... 
BUT we will get trough this and its an awesome  challenge!! 
 
Other than that. I was at work, then got home, did my workout, my meal plan and some food searching! 
 
Now sleep and get ready for tomorrow!

Today was a very special day for me! 
 
I didnt do so much today, I washed showered, and got dressed. Did my makeup and let my hair down and my swagger on! (Lol what?!) Then I went to my aunty and we went to a very special person! 
 
That special person is my granny's (may her soul rest in piece) best friend! I havent seen her in like 12 years and she havent changed a bit! She knew me right away and was soo happy to see me! I loved watching her like speak and the way she just looks. She remind me so much of my granny and of my childhood! 
 
We spent some time there and after that we went back to my aunty and ate and just chilled! 
 
Tomorrow my fitness journey will finally start! Im so excited and I cant wait! 
Aaand its also back to work tomorrow! I'm actually happy to go back since I've been home with two infected wisdom teeth and that sucks! Though I will get rid of them on Thursday next week so I will finally be done with this insane pain! Like I cant eat, And a gurl needs her food you know! 
 
Anw, back to being a wifey and time to cook food for tomorrow!

Hello everyone! 
 
Today is the first day of april. That means that everything someone says today will ne questioned and most likely not believed if its something crazy. 
 
BUT here is something super crazy AND its true. 
 
I got the collab of my dreams and its the collab with fitazfk

SO this is how this is gonna work! I will be starting the program on monday, becuase im under antibiotica treatment atm, and will hopefully be better on monday! Plus that I will finish the guide on the last day of the month, so I made most sence to me! I will do a daly update on everything. That means on both the fitness pointt and the food guide! And on every Sunday I will do a long more detailed blogpost about the week that passed. And in combo with that I will hopefully start vlogging aswell. So that means that every sunday, it will have a video and blogpost!
